Company History
We can’t move toward a vibrant future without building on a strong past. Lorenzo Gentile founded this agency in 2017 in Lorain County, Ohio as a solo real estate broker. Through hard work, strategic planning, meaningful relationships and an in-depth understanding of the local market, he built a successful organization that now employs four agents and three full-time administrative staff members.
Meet Our Team
He attended Elyria Catholic High School and attended college at Ashland University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Lorenzo has over 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate.
Lorenzo currently lives in Avon with his wife and daughter.
He is a graduate of Elyria Catholic High School and from there attended Lorain County Community College where he earned a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship.
Danny has made a career in founding, managing and growing businesses throughout the state of Ohio, some of which he still oversees today. Adding to his real estate skills, Danny brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales. Danny has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry for over 15 years, and just recently became a licensed real estate agent in 2023.
His father and late grandfather have combined for over 70 years of real estate experience before him, and Danny is extremely proud to join them in carrying on that legacy. He currently lives in Sheffield Village with his wife and two sons.
In addition to successfully helping his clients, Nick has completed more than 150 personal real estate transactions. Sectors include single-family homes, condominiums, retail strip centers, small office buildings, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use real estate.
Nick brings a consultative approach to evaluating his clients’ real estate needs and looks to understand both sides of the transaction in order to produce the best possible results for his clients.
His well-rounded experience in the different types of real estate transactions gives expert market knowledge, strong negotiating skills, and the understanding on how to put or keep a deal together.
